Als Legal Officer

  • Je staat in voor de voorbereiding en opmaak van juridische documenten op basis van bestaande sjablonen

  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij het contractmanagement door het nakijken en opvolgen van contracten

  • Je zorgt voor de correcte en efficiënte archivering en registratie van documenten

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de goede operationele werking van het kantoor

Verder zal je ook volgende taken uitvoeren

  • Beheer van het wagenpark

  • Beheer van de dagelijkse office operations bijvoorbeeld aankoop- & voorraadbeheer

  • Algemene ondersteuning bieden bij verschillende projecten

Your Superpowers & Secret Skills

  • Minstens een Bachelor Rechtspraktijk of gelijkwaardig door ervaring

  • Eerste ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol = pluspunt

  • Taalvaardig: Nederlands & Engels. Frans is een plus

  • Discreet, stressbestendig, organisatorisch talent, flexibel en probleemoplossend,

  • Hands-on, proactief en professioneel

  • Ervaring met MS Office
